1. Service Status
AgileNet includes guided, closed-testing and public-alpha product surfaces. By participating:
- You acknowledge the service is under active development
- Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
- Access may be granted on an invitation-only basis
2. No Guarantees
During the beta phase:
- The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee availability, performance, or uptime
- Service interruptions, bugs, or errors may occur
- Data loss or service discontinuation may happen at any time
3. Early-Stage Testing
You understand and agree that:
- This is a test version intended for feedback and evaluation
- The service is not suitable for production or critical use
- You should not rely on the service for important tasks or decisions
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AgileNet is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
- This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- You use the service at your own risk
5. Service Changes & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
- Change these terms with or without notice
- Terminate access for any user at our discretion
6. Professional and High-Impact Use
Important: Outputs require human review. AgileNet does not provide:
- Legal, medical, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice
- Autonomous authority for consequential decisions or external actions
- Guaranteed accuracy, outcomes, or results
Use qualified professionals and appropriate organisational review for high-impact decisions.
7. Responsible Use and Third-Party Rules
You may use AgileNet for legitimate preparation, simulation, practice, coaching, drafting, and other lawful purposes. You are responsible for using the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and the rules of the interview, hiring process, examination, workplace, or other setting in which you use it.
- Obtain any permissions, notices, or consents required for the people, materials, recordings, or data you involve
- Do not use the service to deceive, unlawfully impersonate, or interfere with another person or process
- Do not use the service in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other legal rights
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
