AgileNet ("we", "our", or "us") presents guided, closed-testing and public-alpha product surfaces. This Privacy Policy explains how the AgileNet marketing site handles enquiry information.

  • Email address – provided when you request access to the pilot program
  • Communication data – messages you send via our contact form

We use your email address to:

  • Assess and respond to your workflow, product, or partnership enquiry
  • Respond to your inquiries

  • Legitimate interest – operating our beta program and communicating with interested users

  • We do not sell enquiry data
  • We use service providers acting on our behalf, including Web3Forms, to transmit and process website enquiries
  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for the pilot program

6. Optional Website Analytics

With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand aggregate page journeys and whether website calls to action are useful. Google tags do not load before you accept analytics.

Analytics may process page paths, device and browser information, approximate location and non-sensitive interaction events. We do not send names, email addresses, message content or other enquiry fields to analytics. You can withdraw consent through the Analytics settings control; this removes AgileNet analytics cookies and prevents Google tags loading on the next page load.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access – request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification – correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure – request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent – opt out of communications at any time
