1. Scope and contact

Agile Labs Ltd, London, United Kingdom, operates the AgileNet marketing site. This policy explains how we handle website enquiries and optional website analytics. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@agilenet.name.

2. Enquiry information

When you use the contact form, we process the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• name and email address;
• organisation, role or team;
• the selected enquiry type and preferred next step; and
• the message you enter.

Please do not submit credentials, confidential documents, production exports or unnecessary personal data through the form.

3. How we use enquiries

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to a workflow, product, partnership or company conversation; arrange a requested demonstration or follow-up; and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. We do not sell enquiry data or use it to make automated decisions about you.

4. Website statistics and optional analytics

When enabled for the public site, the separate cookie-free, aggregate service-statistics layer helps us understand public page views, navigation and page performance with a view to improving the website. It is not used for advertising, profiling, retargeting, individual session replay or decisions about a person. We provide clear information and a simple free objection mechanism at Anonymous statistics settings.

With your explicit choice, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand detailed website journeys. The events are limited to page journeys, calls to action, non-sensitive form stages, technical errors and Core Web Vitals. We do not send form content, identities, emails, organisation names or URL query strings to analytics.

Analytics is optional and the Google tag is not loaded before consent. The site-side configuration disables Google signals and advertising personalisation. You can reject analytics or withdraw a previous choice through the Analytics settings control. More detail is in the Cookie Policy.

A team member can voluntarily mark a browser profile as internal through the internal analytics setup page. That reporting marker contains no identity and allows internal testing to be separated from external website traffic. It is not used to control access to the site.

5. Legal bases

We process an enquiry to respond to your request and for our legitimate interest in operating and improving relevant business conversations. If enabled, the aggregate service-statistics layer is limited to the UK PECR statistical-purposes exception and the accompanying UK GDPR requirements: aggregate output only, service improvement only, data protection by design and a simple free objection. Optional Google Analytics is processed only with your consent. You may object to the aggregate layer or withdraw Google Analytics consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that change.

6. Service providers and retention

Web3Forms transmits and processes contact-form submissions on AgileNet's behalf. If enabled, Cloudflare provides the aggregate website-statistics service; Google provides optional analytics. We retain enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Aggregate measurement is configured for website improvement only; Google Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property and is kept separate from enquiry data.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including UK GDPR, you may request:

• access to personal data we hold about you;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• erasure or restriction of processing where applicable; and
• objection to the aggregate website-statistics layer; and
• withdrawal of optional analytics consent.
