1. Essential preference storage

The public AgileNet marketing site stores your analytics choice in first-party browser storage. This record is needed to remember whether optional analytics may load. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.

2. Basic anonymous website statistics

When enabled for the public site, the separate cookie-free, aggregate statistics service helps us understand page views, navigation and page performance so that we can improve this website. It does not use Google Analytics cookies, advertising features, session replay or a visitor profile. We exclude browsers marked as internal team traffic.

You can object free of charge at any time through Anonymous statistics settings. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where the browser provides them. This choice is a first-party browser preference and is not sent to analytics providers.

3. Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select Accept analytics. Until then, the site does not load the Google Analytics script or send analytics events.

If accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. They help us understand aggregated page journeys, calls to action, form progress, technical errors and page performance. The site-side tag disables Google signals and advertising personalisation.

We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, organisation names, free-text messages, credentials, confidential material or full URL query strings to Google Analytics.

4. Your Google Analytics choice

You may reject analytics without affecting the website. You can change a previous choice using the Analytics settings button shown at the bottom of the site. Rejecting or withdrawing consent removes the Google Analytics cookies that this site can remove and reloads the page without analytics.

5. Team browser marker

Team members may deliberately use the internal analytics setup page to store a first-party browser marker. When optional analytics is enabled, it labels that browser's events as internal for reporting. The marker contains no name, email address or account identifier; it is not an access control and can be removed on the setup page. It is separate for each browser profile and temporary in private browsing.

6. Website enquiries

The contact form sends the information you choose to provide to Web3Forms, which processes the enquiry on AgileNet's behalf. That form processing is described in the Privacy Policy. It is separate from optional analytics.
